When do you ship?

  • First-time subscribers/One-Time orders will be shipped out the same or the next business day!
  • 7-Day, 15-Day/Twice a Month, and 30-Day/Once a Month subscribers' orders will be shipped out according to their individual group dates each month.

Do you have a cut-off date?

  • Nah, we believe you should be able to get our awesome boxes every day of each month! If they are in stock, they are available for purchase. The last couple of days of the month, everything will be pulled to prepare for the next month's new line ups that load at 12:00 AM CT on the 1st of each month.
  • No, but supply is limited!

How much is shipping?

  • $6.99 Per Box

Do we ship internationally? 

  • Yes, Canada-$24.99 (up to two boxes)
  • Worldwide-$26.99 (up to two boxes)
  • International Subscriptions are also welcome
  • We ship using FedEx Express, so you receive your order promptly

How long will it take to get my box?

  • 1-3 business days! Orders with 2 or more boxes ship via UPS 2-Day Air

Do you charge sales taxes?
